March 4
Arrival
Dinner at 8:00 pm at Nice Matin, the restaurant in the hotel. We don't have a separate room, but a separate area, which means this will be mainly social, but do identify yourself when you come to the restaurant. We will order from a prix fixe menu that, I am assured, has options for all palates and restrictions.
March 5 and 6
The agenda is attached.
Please note the morning start times. If you feel like walking it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk across Central Park to the Metropolitan Museum.
When you walk into the 81st Street entrance, check coats and proceed through Burke Hall, at the end turn left into the Art Study room.
We understand you are all busy people, so morning breaks and about fifteen minutes at the beginning of the lunch break - while lunch is being set up - are meant to give you time during the day for catching up email and phone calls. There is good wireless internet access in the meeting room.
Reimbursement
A reimbursement form is attached. This should be sent with all original receipts to:

The meetings will focus on the professional expertise that you bring; not on technology, not on standards, not on comparative user interface issues. Consequently there is not a lot of preparation other than what you've done in your professional career. I think we all understand the values inherent in this exercise, but so that we have a shared starting point, please read the attached articles if you haven't done so already.
